About This Event

Check-in at the hotel begins at 4:00 pm. Our first session will begin at 7:00 pm that evening on site.
Parking is discounted for this event at $15/night/vehicle. Only one vehicle is permitted per room, with additional parking offsite available. You are responsible for communicating with your roommates to work out parking and covering the parking fee as the fee is not included in registration.
Please have your roommates confirmed before registering so that we may honor your rooming requests. If you would like a roommate but don't have one in mind, please reach out to your Women's Ministry Coordinator at your church for their assistance in connecting you with someone.
In order to honor everyone's budget and tastes, we elected not to provide a group meal this year (besides breakfast which is included with the hotel room we are reserving on your behalf). There are many amazing restaurants in the area (within walking distance) and also a mini kitchen in each room - options are plentiful!
